Royco chicken noodle Soup

Ingredients:   Noodles,(gluten), maltodextrin, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate,vegetable oil, corn starch,

flavourants( egg, soya, milk), vegetables, parsley, flavour enhancer, colourant and chicken

How to cook    Sweet and sour casserole

Fry the pork and onion in hot oil untill browned, then stir  in the soup powder mixed with corn starch and add 500ml water

Add the sugar,tomato  sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, pine apple cubes, carrots and green pepper. season to taste

Pour into a casserole dish, cover and bake at 160*c for 11/4 hours
